Update Microcontroller.exe

microcontrollerEN.zip contains the English version of microcontroller.exe. 

The only update from the previous version (V 1.0) is:

"MAXTimeout = 300" is now the default setting. This setting is found in a .ini file that is automatically placed in the Windows directory upon running the program.

There is only one .ini file: kosmos.ini in c:\windows. This file contains the chosen COM:

and, if needed, you can add a different Timeout Setting after the COM Setting by following this format:

MAXTimeout can be between 100 and 500.
