Corrections to the Brainy Freeze Experiment Manual

On page 11, in the table:

Correction 1: The first column in the table is titled "salt", however ethanol (row 6) is not a salt. It is an alcohol. The word "salt" would more appropriately be replaced with the word "compound."

Correction 2: We are explicitly stating that you should NOT use anything other than table salt NaCl as the temperature-lowering compound in you Ice Cream Maker.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MIX ANY OF THE "SALTS" OR "COMPOUNDS" LISTED WITH WATER, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING ICE CREAM. THE MANUAL DOES NOT INSTRUCT YOU TO DO SO.
